Had a great stay over New Year's. The room was cozy and had all the necessary amenities. It was conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to explore the area. I especially enjoyed the bicycle rides around town and along the coast. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing useful information about local attractions. The nearby coffee shop was a fantastic place to grab a bite to eat.
That there was some confusion during check-in regarding payment. Despite having paid online, the staff initially asked me to pay again, which was a bit frustrating.

As young people, we loved the free hot spring entrance, use of bicycles and the BBQ area in the inner garden. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. The room was spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated with traditional Japanese elements.
Felt very secure, nothing to complain about.

This B&B was absolutely mind-blowing! The Japanese-style house was super close to the station and made it incredibly easy to visit all the major attractions by JR or bus. But let me tell you, the hosts were the real jaw-droppers here! Annie and Sasa went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. They were the kindest and most accommodating people we've ever met! And let's not forget about the delicious seafood restaurant nearby and the cheap prices at the Fishdance bar – wow! We can't thank Annie and Sasa enough for their unbelievable hospitality. We can't wait to come back and see them again! The clean and spacious Japanese-style room with super comfy beds, clean bathroom, and lovely breakfast with delicious coffee were just the icing on the cake. We also loved exploring the quiet town of Mikawa and taking advantage of the free bikes to visit the nearby temple and beach. This place had everything – from a small kitchen and sleeping areas in the cottage to a quick tour of the area upon arrival and even free fishing rods! The owner, Sasa, was so friendly and even took us to a local restaurant and bars to meet locals and have an amazing time. And of course, we can't forget about the incredible sushi restaurant that was an absolute game-changer. We can't recommend this place enough – it was a total game-changer!

We had a wonderful stay at a cozy B&B with lovely Japanese neighbors. The hotel was super clean, peaceful, and cozy. The cafe on the ground floor served delicious coffee with wonderful old music. Host Sasa-san was kind and spoke good English. They even introduced us to a fantastic Salmon trip, which was absolutely stunning! Highly recommend everyone to try it. The room was extra big and clean, offering great value for the price. Breakfast included was very comfy. The best part was the staff's kindness and welcoming attitude. They suggested the best restaurant and even offered to drive us there in the rain. We had a great time together.
All was good 👍

My partner and I stayed at B&B Mikawa for a week during our vacation. We were pleasantly surprised by the convenience of its location, near the JR Station, making it super easy to explore the area. The check-in process was unique as we did it at the station café, where we enjoyed a delicious and affordable breakfast. The interior design of the hotel perfectly blended traditional Japanese elements with modern touches, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The spacious and clean bedroom, free parking, and complimentary bike rental were additional amenities that we greatly appreciated. The highlight of our stay was the "Fish Dance" bar, where we enjoyed live music and incredibly cheap drinks, such as 300 yen wine. The owners and staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We would definitely choose to stay here again and for more than one night, as it exceeded our expectations in every way.
We highly recommend this hotel.
